how would, or can you find out if there are any apartment buildings for sale in cleveland that need construction work or other things that the current owner cannot afford ? i ask this as a hypothetical question as if i were to come into an enormous amount of funding that will be non profit oriented. i would like to invest on buying properties and housing the homeless and needy. i would in turn employee them to help to start a groundbreaking self sustaining environment for the city to which everyone would live for free but the requirement would be that they have to donate time to help build this idea by working in some way. i want to start perhaps, with an apartment or vacant building downtown to where the people that i will let live tere create aquaponic and other types of food creation, that would feed the hungry and provide for these people too. an example would be : say i bought an apartment medium rise in ohio city or lakewood. i would fill it with homeless and needy and pay for those that already live there. i would then remodel to make eco friendly and off the grid so that there are no bills to the water, gas, electric companies etc... i would have this company come in and build a hydroponic or aquaponic area where those that i let live there can work. i would also put in a restaurant that would put others to work and most of the food would come from the hydro and aquaponics. it would be all self sustaining once it got started. i would to this building by building until others start copying the format.
the problem is that the funding requires a ballpark estimate of what i would need to get started, after the idea takes off, the funding will be monthly. i would need a ballpark on apartment purchasing prices, how many i would have on a payroll to do the remodeling etc.. and a rough estimate and how much to do this at an increased rate expanding into the cleveland community. i would need to know roughly how much things would cost and how to set it up so i can fuel one account for each individual project. i'm trying to fathom this and its very hard because i have no sort of experience in many areas of finance and other things that will be involved with this. i'm trying to think of a company that might be interested in helping if i were to fund them until i learned the ropes. i picked you because you have always shown to be brilliant and all knowing not to mention idealistic and compassionate, you are great with all walks of life and are very close to a lot of great people who think and act the same. this is very important to the future. and if anything i think you are the one that knows how to direct me and these ideas. im not sure if you are a movie buff, but ironman tony stark had a personal assistant that did all of this.
if that gives you any idea of what i need. i do have some connections from rich customers when i painted that knew how to invest money wisely and how to guesstimate ventures. im told to look into a wealth manager or financial advisor but i would like if possible to share this with people i know. i have other ideas too that would require buying abandoned greenhouses to start the micro farming and self sufficient food creation and distribution that would be local and GMO free which is very important. my idea is to make things as healthy and sufficient as possible while taking the corporate industry that ruins everything for profit, out of existence. there are others around the country if not eworld, that wish the same plan as me. but i have been told over n over again to start smaller and in my local communities. i will post a link or 2 below to kinda show you what i have in mind on a smaller scale. eventually expansion will be inevitable as new free energy technologies are made available which is going to change everything. in the meantime i plan on using only bio and natural energy that is free to obtain and is collected by nature meaning off the grid. your going to say permits and stuff that are to become irrelevant as this movement grows so screw the system. thank you !

hard to understand, but the monetary system is going to be gone but, until then, there are going to be funding organizations that are non profit, to finance and employee until this becomes the new way of doing things. the are free energy cubes that can power entire neighborhoods and will never break or shut down that will be made available this year. these are to first be distributed to these humanitarian projects and the to each and every human being on the planet. but this to will require funding in which i intend to support when the time comes. other technologies will take away that creation of certain entities that prohibit people from doing good things for others rather than having to earn a living. which is a joke in itself. the point is that this is our planet not the corporations that put limits and restrictions on resources and ideas. everything in society is based on greed for profit, creation of lack through fraudulent agendas.this system no longer works and will come to an end. the key is to stay ahead of it rather than wait until the problems start. by financing ideas that are smarter and better for society, things will change rapidly. people will work doing things they love rather than have to hold jobs they hate or are impractical because of debt and lack, EARNING a living. no one should be forced to EARN THEIR LIFE PERIOD. this will be the metamorphosis of this planet in the next few years to come. it need certain people to show the way and teach the process while they too, learn and improve.
