i ask you not to change your entire lifestyle. just would be nice if you could quit one habit a day. stop using detergents, chemical to clean, pest control, fertilizers, stop buying and using plastic and styrofoam, stop eating one bad thing that you know is bad but give in because of cravings, try to do just one thing that you can consciously say, is best for the earth and a cleaner environment. one thing a day., a week  or month cam make a huge difference in the way the world is.
